it's such a great line-up too...

last night was amazing.
ross (lil roro) and i got there and the security guys were telling people to get their id's (show was 18+) ready but it was like 30 minutes for the doors opened anyways so we weren't to messed up about it and started looking around then ross see's tom and calls him over and i tell him how we don't think we'll be able to get in and he said i'm gonna go inside real quick and see what i can do and when he came back out he said he put us on the guest list so we just waited in line and when we got up there we told the security we were on the guest list and they let us in...we felt bad for not having to pay so we put the cash in heather's little tip jar. tom played anna and random hearts live on the a local radio station before coming and it was really werid hearing it on there b/c right after him they played five finger death punch followed by disturb that's the kind of music they play but he asked us if sounded good and we told him it sounded great...

set list:
Walking is Still Honest
Amputations
Joy
Harsh Realms
Random Hearts
Cowards Sing at Night
Anna
then Wagon Wheel later...

it was weird when he played walking there were about 15 (everyone else was there for ben) kids singing and we did the whoa's for him and it was amazing but after that the other kids except for me and ross and about three other kids sang his other songs except for joy when about 8 people sang and the kids who sang walking just stood there. after the show was over they tried to get him to play one more but his voice was seriously gone.
when ben played all 300 people were singing my leg was killing me though b/c ben nichols + arkansans = crazy, amazing, drunken swaying but when tim played quite a bit were singing and when chuck played there were only about 20 people up at the stage... but when tom started playing wagon wheel they all ran back up to the stage and started swaying like crazy. it was awesome.

long story sorry but it was a great night...
