I read this before I read the last few posts, and it was a confusing time for me.
Also on an unrelated note, I just got the Rosa CD, and I dig it, surprising not as fast as I pegged it to be. |

I was going around some radio station's website and found "Thrash Unreal", and thought like, it was perfectly tuned to my sensibility. I love rock that tells stories, and Tom Gabel is, as all of you here obviously know, great at that.
So I basically went crash course on the band, downloaded everything, loved it all, and am now seeing them for the 2nd time tomorrow. Actually, the 1st time I saw them I kind of stumbled onto them as well, I had tickets to the Garden Foo Fighters show, and only a couple weeks after did I realize against me! would be there too, and I loved hearing them live. So I bought Warped Tour tix with seeing them as a must, #1 priority.
See you tomorrow at the show, I hope the smell of Rick Dipietro's nutsack doesn't ruin things. |
yay! another North Jersey person! whereabouts in North Jersey are you from? |

Anywho, it was supposed to rain tomorrow, but now looks like it won't. YAY! i'm kind of pumped. what time does the first act usually go on, though? was figuring i'd get there around 11 a.m. or so. think that'll be about right?
i'll be wearing a blue michael jordan jersey, a milwalkee brewers hat, and pink and lime green nike dunks. say hi! |

| Man, im so pissed, i had my wallet stolen during ava (who sucked balls, and i made fun of consistently from the front of the crowd) and had bottles thrown at me which ruined the poster the band signed for me, but not enough to dampen my spirit from meeting them.
i sent tom a myspace message last night, asking him a question in case i didn't get to see him. and i told him the tshirt id be wearing today, so if we met he'd know what i was talking about. I walk up to him at the signing and he's like, "You're Steve", I'm like "uhh...yeah", and he got my message and wrote my name and t-shirt on his arm (fucking hardcore to remember a question) and answered it. all of them are pretty cool dudes, but now i have to apologize to tom for missing most of their set because of some dickhole. |

| Hi.
I am a casual Against Me! fan and am not entirely familiar with their music aside from a handful of songs. I was wondering if anyone who attended the Detroit stop of the Warped Tour this year could tell me the name of the song they opened up with.
Thanks in advance! |

| The song is most likely "New Wave". The setlists I've seen from the past year or so all have New Wave as the opener. |
