I'm going to the store tomorrow after work, I'll try Staples first...see if they have that contact paper you can print on. I'm not sure how much it is, but it shouldn't be too much. That way I could print out different people's designs and you could choose what you wanted.

here is a simple one i put together, looks like the tiger got distorted though ?

anyways a few questions for lex..

Is this going to be a donation project to help pay for these to get officially printed? Also, I believe ERIC @ I heart U productions can help print these, If not, we can go to http://www.stickerobot.com/ and have the printed as well. So if you plan on getting these professionally printed, we need to know how many colors to use as that will be a cost factor as well.


edit : after looking at iheartU prices this is what it can come down, 3 colors of 8.5 x 1.38" $109 for 500 of them. We can EASILY make money back if we sell them for 25 cents each

If people want to donate they can, but it's not required to get stickers. I went to Staples and they didn't have sticker paper, so it looks like getting it printed from somewhere else would be the best bet...the printer at my house isn't the best anyways.

wait, you planned on printing them from your printer?
sticker paper is pretty weak and it is NOT water proof.
i am talking about actual VINYL stickers, with gloss coating, etc etc.

I saw stickers online, that were vinyl and had a sticky back. I went to Staples to see if they had any, but they didn't. It was pretty expensive to buy online, it would be cheaper to order from a sticker printing website.

Awesome, I'll have to email him. It would probably be best to keep our stickers 2-3 colors ...I don't want things to get too pricey.

It would probably mean the stickers would be black, yellow and white. Most of our ideas have been those colors, so that'll be fine. But I kind of need ideas on what design you guys like the most, I don't want to just choose one and have you guys all hate it ..so let me know.
