| Yeah, it has plenty of veggie/vegan options, but to be a successful restaurant, you have to cater to everyone. _________________ The future is unwritten.

| I ate at Boca Fiesta yesterday. The salsa is AMAZING. I got tacos, the number is 336-TACO so I felt it was appropriate. I got vegetarian tacos and honestly they weren't that good They weren't bad but the fake meat stuff they used was watery and it wasn't anything impressive. Warren was there but I didn't talk to him because he was talking to some friends of his the whole time and I didn't want to be a dick and interrupt them. |

| TVP is textured Vegetable Protein, basically just filling. Tempeh is basically a brick of fermented soybeans (I think). But can be cut and eaten however, _________________ The future is unwritten.

Yeah, I can imagine a TVP taco not be amazing. Tempeh or fresh veggie taco would be quite scrumptious. |

| TVP is always kind of nasty and mushy, I'm not much of a fan of meat replacement products. TVP is way over processed as well. You'll go again Ian _________________ I've howled at the moon, been sick by the sunrise
