| so if you were a girl, who wasnt into any kind of underground music, and it was your birthday, and you were into this guy that you were seeing later that night, and you didnt know but he might be making you a mix cd for the next time you see him, what would be good to impress you / not scare you?
im thinking along the lines of the pop punk ive been listening to.
so far heres my ideas:
jawbreaker - do you still hate me?
jawbreaker - oyster
the lawrence arms - your gravest words
alkaline trio - nose over tail
the gaslight anthem - say i wont (recognize)
this is only idea if tonight goes well.
we're sorta just meeting at a partry type thing.
any ideas?
ill only add stuff i know and like

| i want to stay away from adding too much jawbreaker.
i dont want to make a cd thats half jawbreaker.
trust me, ill go overboard.
and plus, it didnt go very well last night.
it was really awkward and we didnt really talk that much.
we even went somewhere alone last night, but nothing happened.
just awkward small talk.
so i dont know if ill end up even making a cd.
