I’m tired of predicting to lose.
But before you point your finger, before you cast your stones, take a look at yourself.
How can you expect from someone what you won’t do yourself?

What you can’t love about yourself you have to steal from someone else; and what you can’t steal you have to deny.

My favorite song to sing along to right now. It sounds like something Dropkick Murphys or The Briggs would play - in that anthemy sort of way - but they didn't and Against Me! did so... woooo!

the only song on White Crosses that i've been significantly pleased by after just one listen through (actually Bamboo Bones was alright). it sounds like their old self. i mean, bands can and obviously will change as the members' lives progress, but this just isn't the path i was hoping AM! would take. shit happens and in the end it's not a big deal, but i feel like things could've gone differently with them. they were just so inspiring and meaningful

but yeah, reminds me of As the Eternal Cowboy
