I DID IT. I made a thread for My Chemical Romance. But anyways, I figure most of you don't like them but for those who do, I made this. Lauren and I were discussing them just now, our feelings on 'The Black Parade' and how we are a bit scared of most of their fans.

Can't say I like them, although I must admit they have a few catchy songs. Their fans scare me too, I remember last time they played my city there was kids stood outside the venue from like 10am :s

oh dude 10 am is seriously nothing, they are fucking CRAZZZY. Like sleep overnight on the streets crazy! It pisses me off because i don't like being in the middle of a crowd, it's a bit scary, but shit I'm not going to get there at 6 am! I should just start faking disabilities to get to the front of the line.

Lauren and I are actually going to see them on Thursday ..I'm kinda scared.

I used to love My Chem in high school, I loved their first album a lot. Then Revenge made them huge, and all that Black Parade shit made them even bigger. There's nothing wrong with that at all, but their fans are fucking crazy. Like, bat shit scary crazy. I've never seen anything like it. Their shows are so not enjoyable sometimes if you let the fanbase get to you, so I just stopped caring after awhile. Lex & I are indeed going to see them Thursday. I'm really just going because I'm gonna be spending the whole week with her anyway, but it should be interesting.

Haha, they might've been there earlier, I dunno. I was going down to get tickets for... Gogol Bordello? Someone like that and they were already there.

Wasn't there some rumour about Gerrard getting married or something so load of them slit their wrists at a show when he announced it? Can't remember where I read that, it might've been on here actually but I can't remember. There's no smoke without fire and all that, but that just seemed way too ridiculous to be real. I'll presume you two aren't serious enough about them (and him esp.) to go to that kinda extent haha.

hahah, yea I heard that rumor. He's married, I'm not sure if anyone killed themselves over that, I hope no ones that stupid though. I love their music, I mean shit I have a tattoo of their lyrics, but sometimes the fans get to me and I get annoyed. Frank Iero (guitar player) is pretty much the most awesome person though. One of the times I've met him I was wearing a Bouncing Souls shirt and he was like heyyy, I saw you during the show! I have that shirt! Then I found out that he lovves the Bouncing Souls, they just recently played at his wedding. He has really awesome taste in music, so I basically love him is what I'm trying to say.

Wow, that is pretty cool. Bouncing Souls are class, but they played his wedding? That's sweet as hell, I'd love a band like that to play for me :/

Frank Iero is probably the only reason I still care at all for MCR. He is the fucking nicest person I have ever met in my entire life. I remember when Lex & I were standing outside a venue for one of their shows, and security threatened to arrest us if we didn't leave. Frank came running over and talked to the security dude, then talked to us and signed shit, & I remember he had broken fingers for some reason. But he was so nice and made sure to talk to everyone that had something to say to him. Even when 14 year old chicks are screaming vile shit in his face, he's extremely gracious and eager to talk to his real fans. Sometimes I think he's far too good for that band, but that's another discussion.

yep just got married recently.
its just fun music.
and okay it reminds me that i used to be goth and i miss it a smidgen.
i saw them last may and i was really out of place in a corduroy jumper and multicolored stripe top.
i'm terrified by the fans that live by their word and just weird things like fan fics etc.

anyways my friend is a killer fan and we're driving to portland to see them and wait in line all day.
last summer we met a girl [who is a total heroin addict] and she is first in line for every show she goes to.
ridiculous.

i made my friend this guitar for halloween it's pansy if anyone keeps up that much [she does]

and THEN as if that wasnt enough...made me write iero on her neck gerard style.
