When I was in 6th grade (1995) just before Insomniac came out, MTV aired this thing called Green Day: Jaded in Chicago. It's a full concert, mostly stuff from Dookie and Kerplunk! You can find the songs on Youtube and you really ought to see it. Just awesomeness.

I started listening to Green Day when I was like 11 or 12. I instantly fell in love with them and still am. I really like all their albums but probably my favorites are Dookie, Insomniac, and Warning. I really like American Idiot a lot too, despite what anyone says, but it just got overplayed so much on MTV and on radio stations. I still think its a good album though. I think they will always be my favorite band no matter what. They rock hard.
